Try your first Sippo order with nothing to lose, on one-time and subscription alike. Here is how the guarantee and refunds work.
Love your first delivery, or it's on us
Your first Sippo delivery is covered by our happiness guarantee, whether you ordered once or started a subscription. If it is not for you, tell us within 30 days and we will refund that first order. There is nothing to send back, keep it, share it, or pass it to someone who might love it.
How it works
Email hello@sippo.au within 30 days of your first delivery arriving, with your order number and a sentence or two on what did not work for you, the taste, the texture, your skin, whatever it was. That feedback is all we ask, and it genuinely helps us improve. We will refund your first order within a day or two.
We refund rather than swap, so there is nothing to juggle. If you would still like to try a different blend, you are welcome to order it.
On subscriptions
Subscriptions run for a minimum of two deliveries in exchange for the lower price, but the guarantee still has you covered: if you do not love your first subscription delivery, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it and release you from the two-order commitment. After your second order ships, you can skip, swap or cancel any time from your account.
The fine print, kept fair
The guarantee covers your first delivery and can be used once per customer. Beyond that, your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Damaged or wrong order? That is separate and always sorted, guarantee or not. Email hello@sippo.au with a photo if you can, and we will replace or refund it straight away.
