On its way in 1 to 2 days, sent from Sydney with tracking. Here is everything on how, when and what it costs.
Where we ship
We ship right across Australia, to homes, apartments, PO boxes and parcel lockers. Everything goes from our base in Sydney with Australia Post and tracked couriers.
What it costs
Shipping is a flat $9.95, and free on any order of three or more items, whether that is teas, the body scrub, or a mix. Subscription orders of three or more ship free too.
When it arrives
Orders placed before 1pm on a business day are usually packed the same day, otherwise the next. From there, most of Australia sees it in 2 to 6 business days. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.
We will email you a tracking link the moment your order is on its way, so you can follow it to the door.
If something goes wrong
If your order is taking longer than it should, or turns up damaged, send us a note at hello@sippo.au with your order number. A real person on our team will sort it out, no fuss.
