Our happiness guarantee
We want you to love your first order. If you have given it a fair go and you are genuinely not happy within 30 days of delivery, tell us why and we will refund your first order. There is nothing to post back to us.
This guarantee is a goodwill offer for customers giving Sippo a real try. It applies to your first order, once per customer. We may ask for a brief reason, and we reserve the right to review each claim and to decline any that we reasonably believe is not made in good faith or is being misused. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law described below.
How to make a claim
Email hello@sippo.au with your order number within 30 days of delivery and a quick note on what was not right. We will review it and be in touch. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, and it can then take a little longer for your bank or card provider to post it.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact hello@sippo.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if you can, and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. This is your right under the Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a repair, replacement or refund for goods that are faulty or not as described, and nothing in this policy limits it.
Change of mind
Because our teas are food and our body scrub is a personal-care product, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, for health and hygiene reasons. Gift cards are also non-returnable. Subscriptions
You can skip, swap or cancel your subscription at any time after your first cycle through your account. Cancelling stops future orders.
