Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship across Australia. Every order is packed and sent with care from Sydney, New South Wales. If you would like to order from outside Australia, email hello@sippo.au and we will do our best to help.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order is on its way you will receive tracking so you can follow it to your door. Delivery times then depend on your location and the carrier, and are typically a few business days within Australia.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on orders of 3 or more items.
• A flat rate of $9.95 applies to orders of 1 or 2 items.

Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship on your chosen cycle and follow the same dispatch and rate rules. You can skip, swap or cancel at any time after your first cycle through your account.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived when expected, email hello@sippo.au with your order number and we will chase it up with the carrier and make it right.
