About these terms

These terms apply to your use of sippo.au and any purchase you make from Sippo (we, us, our). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our privacy policy, refund policy and shipping policy.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe our teas and body scrub accurately, including ingredients and imagery. Colours and pack details may vary slightly. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may update prices and availability at any time.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, not that we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, and we will refund any payment for a cancelled order.

Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method for each delivery on the cycle you select, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You can skip, swap or cancel at any time after your first cycle through your account. A discount that applies to a first subscription order applies once, as described at checkout.

Payment

Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify. We do not store your full card details.

Health information

Our teas are food and our body scrub is a cosmetic. Information on our website and guides is general in nature and is not medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or any concerns, speak with your health professional before use.

Intellectual property

The content on sippo.au, including text, images, branding and design, belongs to Sippo and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the price you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
